1. Service and operator
SangYaara is a personalised digital-gifting service operated by AKHIL KUMAR CHINNAKARU, with correspondence address at 102, Manikarnika building, Ganesh Nagar, Pune - 411014, Maharashtra, India. We provide tools to create, preview, purchase, publish and share interactive digital gifts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to purchase. If you create content about another person, you are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis and permission to use their photographs, voice and personal information.
3. Accounts and private links
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. A recipient gift URL contains a private access key. Anyone with the complete URL may be able to view the gift, so do not post it publicly unless everyone whose information appears in it agrees.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SangYaara a limited licence to host, process, resize, generate from and display that content solely to provide, support and secure the service. You confirm that you own or have permission to use it.
5. Prohibited content
Do not upload illegal, threatening, hateful, harassing, exploitative, infringing, deceptive or non-consensual intimate content; malware; financial credentials; or romantic or sexual content involving minors. We may restrict or remove content and accounts that create legal, safety or platform risk.
6. AI-assisted writing
Some stories or letters may be produced with automated or AI-assisted tools using the details you provide. Review the free preview carefully. Generated text can be inaccurate or unsuitable and does not represent professional advice.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the product and checkout pages. Products use one-time pricing unless clearly stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Razorpay and may support UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets depending on availability. We do not directly store full card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, OTPs or banking passwords. A gift is published only after successful payment verification.
8. Delivery, cancellation and refunds
Products are digitally delivered as described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, subject to applicable law.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep paid gifts available, but do not promise uninterrupted or permanent availability. Maintenance, security events, provider outages or legal obligations may affect access. We may change features or prices prospectively; completed purchases retain the experience available at purchase where reasonably possible.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SangYaara is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, recipient reactions, customer-created content or disclosure caused by the customer sharing a private link. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a paid order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory jurisdiction, disputes will be handled by the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
