Who is responsible

Information we collect
- Account information such as email address and authentication identifiers.
- Gift content including names, relationship memories, messages, dates, photographs and optional audio supplied by the creator.
- Purchase references, order status, product tier and payment identifiers. Full payment credentials are handled by Razorpay, not stored by us.
- Recipient interactions such as gift opens, selected reactions and private replies.
- Technical information such as device/browser data, security logs and analytics events.
- Browser storage used to preserve an unfinished draft or demo on that device.
How we use information
- Create, preview, store, publish and deliver the requested digital gift.
- Authenticate accounts, protect private links and prevent misuse.
- Process and verify payments, refunds and customer support.
- Generate requested text and improve reliability and performance.
- Meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute obligations.
Processors and sharing
We share information only as needed with service providers supporting the product, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication, database and storage, Razorpay for payments, and OpenAI when AI-assisted text generation is enabled. These providers process information under their own terms and safeguards. We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information.
Gift recipients and consent
The creator chooses what to include and whom to share the private link with. A recipient can view the content included in that gift. Creators must not upload another person’s private content without permission. Recipients who want content reviewed or removed can contact us with the gift URL or slug.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and gift information while needed to provide the service and for reasonable legal, security and operational purposes. Payment and accounting records may be retained for statutory periods. Browser-only drafts remain on the device until cleared. You may request deletion; we will assess the request against legal obligations and the rights of others.
Security
We use access controls, private storage, signed time-limited media URLs, authenticated creator access and verified payment callbacks. No online system is completely risk-free. Keep account credentials and complete gift links private.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a grievance. Email support@sangyaara.in. We may verify identity before completing a request.
Children
SangYaara is intended for adults and is not designed for children under 18. We do not knowingly permit minors to purchase or create romantic gifts through the service.
