Delivery method
After successful payment verification, the customer’s personalised experience is published and made available through a private signed URL. The creator can copy that URL, share it digitally, or download a QR code that opens the same URL.
Expected delivery time
Delivery is normally immediate after successful payment. Network, banking or payment-verification delays can occasionally take up to 30 minutes. If the gift remains locked after that time, avoid making a duplicate payment and contact customer support.
No physical shipping
There are no physical shipping fees, courier charges or cash-on-delivery options. All displayed product prices are one-time digital-product prices in Indian rupees.
Customer responsibility
Confirm the preview before paying and keep the private link secure. Anyone who receives the complete signed link may access the published gift. SangYaara is not responsible for access caused by the customer forwarding or publicly posting that link.
